Last night was a long night. It was longer than the night before. Today was a very long day. Seems like if the night is longer the day should be shorter ... maybe I'm just tired.
This is Sherri Gunn again. I just had to write and say how beautiful your little Pearl is! I am an RN and I work maternity, so I see A LOT of babies, and I must say your Pearl is so perfect. Also a side note on the time conundrum...I always tell my patients the first few weeks just feel like one continuous day; because your up all night it never feels like the day ends. Good luck with that. PS-I too had to have a c-section with my second, it STINKS, but somehow a year later (my baby turns 1 tomorrow) it doesn't seem all that bad now. =)
Those sleepless days/nights can be really rough! We feel for you guys. What a gorgeous little girl you have to show for it though. She is absolutely precious. She's adorable even when she scowls! :-) Thanks for the sweet pictures, and giving us a glimpse into your lives.
